FRED "BUTCH" ALANIS, Executive Vice President of Development

Butch's extensive fifteen year career in the engineering and land construction industry would ultimately lead him to LGI Development.

Butch is now in charge of all infrastructure construction for LGI and as such is charged with the job of consistently building quality products that exceed regulatory specifications and customers' expectations. Mr. Alanis took this as a strong mandate to redouble his efforts in the area of quality control and drew up the "QA/QC" (Quality Assessment/Quality Control) guidelines that are of paramount importance in the overall construction process. No construction work will be done without QA/QC procedures in place.
