CHRIS WREN , Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Wren was quickly promoted to a contracts manager acting as a staffing consultant to local and national firms expanding their IT departments. Chris was presented the opportunity to expand the company’s sales operations to Fort Worth, Texas -- an untapped market. Mr. Wren quickly grew the office to a staff of 30 and was recognized as a Top Producer nationwide. In 1998, Mr. Wren ventured out to open a technical staffing company specializing in high-level information technology recruiting in Houston, Texas. For 4 years, Mr. Wren successfully serviced his clients, including major Fortune 100 and 500 companies with their IT staffing demands.

In 2002, Tom Lipar presented Mr. Wren with the opportunity to join his growing real estate development company as Director of Human Resources. Within 6 months, Mr. Wren was then tapped to run the operations of the new mortgage division of LGI. In 2005, Mr. Wren was promoted to manage all operations for LGI as Executive Vice President.
