Mr. Lipar has also served as president of Lodge Mortgage, where he successfully oversaw the transition from mortgage brokerage to a full-service mortgage bank - another division of LGI that delivers a higher level of service by providing a full range of loan packets to our customers.

Mr. Lipar now presides over all aspects of LGI’s business.
